OUR MISSION

November Saturdays exists to interrupt generational trauma, restore potential, heal communities, and give every child a chance to rewrite their future.

OUR VISION

A world where no child is written off because of their zip code, skin color, family history, or the system they were born into and where sports, mentorship, and community create real pathways to healing and opportunity.

Core Beliefs

  • We believe sports save lives.
Being on a field, a court, or a track can keep a kid off the streets and inside a community that believes in them.

  • We believe mentorship changes futures.
One consistent, trusted adult can disrupt an entire cycle of trauma.

  • We believe dignity is a right.
No one should be treated as “less than” because of their circumstances.

  • We believe nobody is too far gone.
Adults trapped in addiction or incarceration were once children failed by systems and people.

  • We believe in using privilege to break down walls.
We don’t deny that privilege exists—we leverage it. If we have access, we walk into rooms and advocate for people who don’t.

  • We believe God’s image is in everyone.
Denying someone opportunity based on the color of their skin, their past, or their poverty is denying the image of God in them.
