Co-Founder + Secretary
Biography
Olivia Blankenship is the Co-Founder and Secretary of The November Saturdays Foundation, where she helps turn the Foundation’s mission into consistent, people-first work for young athletes and families.
A native of Athens, Alabama, Olivia brings both personal and practical perspective to the organization. As a former athlete and a mother of two, she understands that sports impact more than the person wearing the uniform. The costs, schedules, pressure, sacrifices, and opportunities affect the entire family.
Olivia’s leadership is grounded in loyalty, structure, care, and consistency. She helps ensure that the Foundation remains organized, accountable, and connected to the people it was created to serve while helping carry the work from an idea into action.
She also co-founded and co-hosts ex.clusively: Beyond the Game, where she helps create honest conversations around athletes, families, identity, pressure, mental health, leadership, and life beyond sports. Her calm and thoughtful presence creates room for people to speak openly and be known beyond their title or performance.
Across both organizations, Olivia brings the same belief to the work: people need more than opportunity. They need consistency, community, and people willing to keep showing up.
A Note from Kensley
Olivia,
There are some people in life who become part of your foundation without even realizing it. You are one of those people for me.
Thank you for your loyalty, your heart, your consistency, and the way you continue to show up for this vision and for the people connected to it. Your ability to lead with both strength and care is rare.
I could not build this the way we are building it without you. Thank you for being someone I can trust with both the mission and the people behind it.
