What is the November Saturdays Foundation?

The November Saturdays Foundation is a 501(c)(3) youth sports nonprofit based in Alabama. We sponsor children who can’t afford registration fees, equipment, and basic athletic necessities, and we show up in the community through our Bridge Initiative.

Youth Access

Who does November Saturdays serve?

We serve kids and families across North Alabama who face financial barriers to sports participation. We also support individuals and families navigating homelessness, addiction recovery, transitional seasons, and incarceration-related impact through direct, hands-on help.

How can I request support for a child?

Use our contact page to tell us what sport, the season timeline, and what the child needs (registration, gear, shoes, etc.). A team member will follow up with next steps and any documentation needed.

Policy

Is support guaranteed?

Support depends on available funding, timing, and verified needs. When we can’t fully fund a request, we’ll do our best to connect families to resources, partner organizations, or alternative options.

How can I get involved?

You can donate, volunteer, sponsor an event, provide in-kind support, or host a fundraiser. If you’re a business, we can build a custom partnership that fits your brand.

Are donations tax-deductible?

Yes. The November Saturdays Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Donations may be tax-deductible as allowed by law. Our EIN is 39-4305087. For specific tax questions, consult a tax professional.

In-Kind

What counts as an in-kind donation?

In-kind donations are non-cash contributions like sports gear, shoes, snacks/water for events, raffle items, printing services, venues, or professional services. If you’re not sure, send us the details and we’ll confirm.

How is privacy handled?

We only use information you share to respond to your request, coordinate support, and provide receipts or updates. We do not sell personal information. If you need an anonymous giving option, contact us and we’ll help.

  • November Saturdays is a community-rooted foundation built to interrupt generational trauma, restore potential, and create access for those navigating gaps in the systems meant to protect them. We believe sports save lives, mentorship changes futures, and nobody is too far gone.

  • Our work currently focuses on children and youth, particularly those facing barriers to participation in sports, mentorship, and community support. As we grow, our outreach will expand to support adults as well, always with dignity and intention.

  • If you or someone you know needs support, you can submit a request through our Request Support page. All requests are handled with care and confidentiality, and we ask only what’s necessary to understand the need and respond appropriately.

  • November Saturdays is at the very beginning of this journey. While we cannot meet every request, we are committed to listening and helping where we can, based on available resources and capacity..
